Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients to define executive hiring strategies.

Conduct market mapping and identify top-tier leadership talent.

Engage and assess passive executive candidates.

Present high-quality shortlists with market insights and recommendations.

Manage the full executive search process from briefing to placement.

Advise clients on talent trends, compensation, and hiring strategies.

Build long-term relationships with executives and business leaders.

Ensure professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality throughout every search.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience in executive search, headhunting, or senior-level recruitment.

Strong research, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence senior executives with professionalism and commercial acumen.

Experience in a retained search or recruitment consultancy is an advantage.
