General Manager – Electronics Manufacturing (PCBA/SMT/Box Build)

Location: Johor

Salary: Up to RM42,000/month

Our client, a leading electronics manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its manufacturing operations and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall plant operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Oversee PCBA/SMT/Box Build manufacturing to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop manufacturing strategies and optimize productivity and resource utilization.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams while ensuring a safe and high-performing work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with recent hands-on exposure to PCBA, SMT and/or Box Build operations.
• Proven experience managing full P&L and leading large manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with multinational EMS companies are highly preferred.
• Open to candidates currently based in Singapore or overseas who are willing to relocate to Johor.
