Architectural Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinate and supervise architectural works for LTA projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with consultants and client representatives to manage design drawings, submissions, and technical clarifications effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to ensure compliance with authority requirements for LTA projects
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and completeness
• Ensure architectural works meet specified quality standards and comply with architectural specifications
• Supervise architectural works on-site and coordinate technical matters with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly
• Manage timely submission of drawings, materials, and mock-ups to secure early approvals and maintain project schedules

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working on LTA projects as an Architectural Coordinator
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and proactive problem-solving to overcome project challenges
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to reviewing and coordinating architectural works
