· Supporting power generation, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and electrical distribution projects

· Hands-on technical position covering testing, commissioning, servicing, and continuous product improvement

· Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with sales, operations, and service teams to deliver customer solutions

· Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of generators, BESS, and power distribution systems

· Perform commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of equipment at project sites

· Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

· Propose product enhancements based on field experience and support new product trials

· Guide and train junior engineers and technicians on technical best practices

· Support technical discussions with customers and provide on-site expertise

· Liaise with suppliers and vendors on component selection and technical issues

· Lead small project teams for project delivery

· Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering

· 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in related Industries

· Strong technical knowledge of generators, energy storage systems, and power distribution equipment

· Experience in field servicing, commissioning, or project delivery preferred

· Ability to lead small teams and mentor junior staff

· Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to be hands-on
