· Plan, coordinate trailer deliveries and self-collection arrangements

· Liaise with customers on delivery schedules and related matters

· Follow up with drivers and customers to resolve unloading issues and minimise delays

· Work with production teams and planners to prioritise urgent customer orders

· Arrange collection and delivery of coupler bars

· Coordinate deliveries from the galvanising yard to customers

· Monitor and allocate empty trailers to support production needs

· Experience in a Manufacturing environment

· Prior experience in Logistics, Operations, or Delivery Coordination

· Proficient in basic computer applications (Email, Excel)

· Strong coordination and communication skills with customers, drivers, and internal teams

· Able to multitask and stay organised under pressure

· Team player with good interpersonal skills
