Sales Manager |FMCG|Food|West

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Set clear performance goals, conduct regular coaching sessions, and drive team development.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from business development and negotiations to successful deal closure.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, including experience leading and managing a sales team.
• Experience in the food distribution or food-related industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving sustainable business growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and cold calling.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Able to work on-site in the West of Singapore on a 5.5-day work week.
