About the Company

Our client is an established and reputable company specializing in innovative construction chemical solutions and building materials technologies, serving clients across Singapore and the region. They are seeking a motivated and technically competent individual to join their growing commercial team.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients within the construction, infrastructure, and building materials sectors.
Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the customer base.
Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to customers, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical briefings to clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Coordinate closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Participate in site visits, project meetings, and technical support activities when required.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives.

Requirements

Diploma, preferably in a construction-related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, business development, or construction-related industries.
Candidates with experience in construction chemicals, concrete technology, waterproofing, admixtures, coatings, or building materials will have an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is preferred.
