• Maintain inventory levels, update inventory records in the warehouse management system.

• Process incoming/outgoing orders and preparation of relevant documents.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and traffic team to ensure timely order and delivery fulfilment.

• Update data related to shipments, receipts, and inventory. Address any issues related to orders or inventory.

• Maintain records of all transactions, and liaise with suppliers/customers/transporter/internal Depts.

• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and regulations.

• Prepare invoices and verify billing information and handle billing inquiries and discrepancies.

• Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and other key metrics.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to warehouse operations.
