Urgent hiring: Retail Sales Consultant (Optical & Eyecare)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs to recommend suitable products and address any queries.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and provide professional, tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge by explaining contact lens features, proper usage, and care instructions.
• Drive sales growth by promoting, upselling, and cross-selling contact lenses and related merchandise to achieve store targets.
• Handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
• Manage store inventory, encompassing stock receiving, replenishment, and periodic cycle tracking.
• Maintain a visually appealing store layout and ensure a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Secondary / 'A' Levels / Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant retail sales experience (prior background in optical, cosmetic, fashion, or lifestyle retail is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a dedicated, customer-first approach.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and possessing a positive, collaborative attitude.
