Service Technician / Service Engineer (Dental Equipment), $3,500 (North)

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Salary: S$2,800 - S$3,500 per month (commensurate with experience)

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon to Fri)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Service Technician / Service Engineer to join their service team. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting dental equipment at customer sites while providing excellent technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test dental equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repair of dental equipment.
• Perform pre-installation site surveys for new and existing clinics.
• Diagnose equipment issues and carry out troubleshooting.
• Provide professional technical support and basic operational training to customers.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Update service job status and report progress to the Service Manager.
• Perform other service-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.
• Able to read and understand installation manuals, electrical schematics, and circuit diagrams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems will be an advantage.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is preferred.
• Willing to participate in standby duty after confirmation.
