Tender & Proposal Engineer (Ground Engineering & Construction)

Responsibilities

• Support tender and bid activities through cost estimation, risk assessment, and bid strategy development.
• Prepare technical documents, cost calculations, and submission materials for tender proposals.
• Review technical requirements, evaluate project feasibility, and conduct site visits when required.
• Prepare proposal documents, offer letters, design plans, specifications, and 3D drawings for management review.
• Develop technical solutions and participate in project presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular engagement and communication.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in design, site engineering, or construction-related works.
• Experience in geotechnical engineering or ground improvement projects will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of tender preparation, technical documentation, and project costing will be preferred.
• Proficient in relevant design software and technical drawing tools.
