Location: Singapore, China, Japan, Korea or Taiwan Reporting to: Head of igus Asia Pacific

What you’ll do

• Coach Leaders and strengthen organizations
• Drive Growth with international strategies & transformation projects
• Bridge HQ & Local teams to align sales & operations
• Lead Performance execution across multiple markets

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years leadership in industrial/manufacturing/B2B
• Global mindset with intercultural competence
• Fluent English (Asian languages or German a plus)
• Strong sales & negotiation skills with resilience & decisiveness
