IT Manager

Looking for IT Manager Roles and Responsibility· Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.

· Plan and prioritize IT initiatives to support business objectives.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT professionals.

· Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.

· Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

· Work with vCISO on network security, stability, and scalability.

· Manage hardware and software procurement, installation, and upgrades.

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

· Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

· Allocate resources and manage project budgets effectively.

· Monitor project progress and mitigate risks proactively.

· Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.

· Implement measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

· Stay abreast of security threats and vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate controls.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

· Coordinate with vCiso on the policy implementation and follow up the recommendation stated by vCiso

· Provide technical support to end-users and resolve escalated issues.

· Develop and deliver training programs to enhance IT literacy among employees.

· Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

· Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.

· Ensure license are up to date

Requirement

- At least 2 years of progressive experience in end user devices and Infrastructure

- Good understanding of IT principles and practices would be advantageous.

- Ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences

Location

-Toa Payoh area

- Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm)
