QA/QC Manager (LTA Railway & Civil Infrastructure)

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC systems and procedures for LTA railway and civil infrastructure projects.
• Ensure project activities comply with LTA requirements, contractual specifications, ISO standards, and relevant industry regulations.
• Lead quality inspections, testing activities, audits, and compliance reviews to ensure construction quality standards are achieved.
• Manage QA/QC teams by providing guidance, training, and support on quality procedures and requirements.
• Act as the key quality representative liaising with LTA representatives, Qualified Persons (QP), Resident Engineers (RE), Resident Technical Officers (RTO), consultants, and contractors.
• Review and manage quality documentation, including inspection records, NCRs, corrective actions, quality reports, and final quality submissions.
• Oversee the preparation and verification of final quality records, as-built documentation, and statutory completion submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in LTA, MRT, railway, tunnel, or civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing QA/QC activities for LTA civil or tunnel projects as QA/QC Manager or Lead.
• Strong knowledge of LTA specifications, ISO 9001:2015 standards, and construction quality management systems.
• Experience in audits, inspections, compliance reporting, and quality documentation management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
