Position : Retail Assistant (Mattress & Wellness)

Location : Central / Orchard

• Working hours : Shift Hours (Up to 44 hours per week)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic $2,400–$2,800 + Commission + Performance Bonus + 12 Days Annual Leave

Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities

• Engage and guide walk-in customers in a friendly, patient manner

• Share product knowledge (training provided – no experience needed!)

• Explain the benefits of the wellness tools

• Support team sales goals – no aggressive competition

• Provide excellent after-sales service

• Work closely with the team on marketing campaigns and in-store experiences

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
