We're looking for someone who genuinely loves product design.

Someone who cares about proportion, form, detail, materials, textures, and color—not as individual elements, but as a complete product language.

You enjoy exploring ideas, questioning assumptions, and refining every detail until it feels just right.

You can independently develop a product from the first sketch to polished 3D models and presentation-ready renderings.

You understand that great design isn't only about making products look beautiful—it's about making them feel right.

Most importantly, you're curious, collaborative, and always striving to create products that people genuinely love.

We'll be especially excited if you have experience in one or more of the following:

• Stationery, office supplies, lifestyle products, or consumer electronics.
• Working with Chinese manufacturers and supply chains.
• Developing product families with a consistent design language.
• CMF (Color, Material & Finish) development.
• International design awards such as Red Dot, iF, or IDEA.
• International education or cross-cultural project experience.
• Using AI tools to improve creative workflows and productivity.

We're looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in product appearance or consumer product design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent product aesthetics and form development.
• Outstanding sensitivity to proportion, shape, and visual detail.
• Professional proficiency in Rhino.
• Strong rendering skills using KeyShot.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A solid understanding of CMF and consumer product manufacturing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• The ability to independently manage complete design projects.

Language Requirements

Strong bilingual communication skills (Mandarin & English) are required.

This role works closely with our China-based design team and manufacturing partners. Candidates should be confident communicating in spoken Mandarin for day-to-day collaboration. Written Chinese is not required but would be considered an advantage.

Strong English communication skills are equally important for meetings, presentations, documentation, and collaboration with our Singapore team and international clients.
