• Position : Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

• Location : Tuas (company transport provided from various MRT pick up points)

• Working hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 Monthly Basic Salary + AWS + Flexi Benefits (Dental, TCM) + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities

• Manage a complete set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Prepare financial statements, management reports and cash-flow updates for management review.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain fixed asset schedules.

• Prepare GST schedules and support other tax-related reporting and documentation.

• Reconcile inventory records, support stock-take activities and follow up on stock discrepancies.

• Perform related accounting administration and maintain accurate supporting records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on full-set accounting and month-end closing.

• At least 1 year of external audit experience is required.
