· Prepare and analyze costcomparison
· Obtaining quotations,liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
· Responsible formeasuring quantities and taking off
· Works closely with theProject Manager, Construction Manager, Client / Client Representatives andSub-Contractors to accurately arrive with progress claims and variation claims.
· Prepare VariationOrders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
· All other contractsmanagement related job
· Degree / Diploma inBuilding or its equivalent
· Min 8 years and aboveexperience as deputy contracts manager in main-con companies
