· Prepare and analyze cost comparison.
· Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate withsub-contractors and suppliers.
· Responsible for measuring quantities and takingoff .
· Works closely with the Project Manager,Construction Manager, Client / Client Representatives and Sub-Contractors toaccurately arrive with progress claims and variation claims.
· Deals with contractual issues between main contractorand client, and those between main contractor and sub-contractors
· Ensures progressive claims are promptly put up tothe client through accurate measurement of actual works accomplished
· Lead the QS team to prepare Variation Orders,claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
· All other Contract Management related job
· Degree / Diploma in Building or itsequivalent
· 5 years and above experience as ContractManager / Senior QS in main-con companies
