· Oversee project budgettracking, cost forecasts, and financial analysis during project execution.
· Engage in valueengineering initiatives and cost optimization efforts to enhance projectprofitability.
· Support project teams insubmitting timely and well-substantiated claims, including variations andcontractual entitlements.
· Bachelor's Degree orDiploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a relevant field.
· Minimum 5 years ofdemonstrable experience as a Quantity Surveying Manager in General Constructionor Civil Construction.
