· Prepare cost estimates andtender submissions for building and construction projects
· Review tender drawings,specifications, bills of quantities, and contract documents
· Perform quantitytake-offs, cost analysis, and pricing evaluations
· Source, evaluate, andcompare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
· Prepare tender costingsheets, commercial proposals, and cost build-ups
· Identify discrepancies intender documents and raise clarification queries when required
· Diploma or Degree inQuantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline
· Minimum 5 years ofrelevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Tendering, or Pre-Contract functions
· Experience with maincontractors will be highly preferred
