Legal Executive | Changi Airport | up to $4500 #9398

Contract: 1 year (Renewable Contract)

Working Location: Changi Airport

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs (8am-5:30pm) & Fri (8am-5pm)

Salary: $4000 to $4500

Job Responsibilities

• Efficiently managing all claims or incidents that may occur in the Airport
• Reviewing documents and investigating all claims/incidents including assisting business units with their investigations
• Advising business units on best course of action to manage claims/incidents and assisting with negotiating a suitable resolution to the matter
• Managing timely reporting of incidents/claims/potential claims to company’s insurers
• Drafting and issuing the relevant correspondence to external parties on all claim-related matters
• Establishing and regularly updating company’s internal dashboard of claims and other contentious matters, both by and against third parties
• Supporting the company’s Legal & Compliance team on other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

• Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in legal administration, claims management, compliance, or dispute resolution would be advantageous
• Good understanding of claims handling, legal documentation, and investigation processes
• Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally
