Sales Executive | Up to $6000 | Boon Lay #9398

• Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
• Salary Range: $4000 to $6000

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily sales operations by coordinating administrative activities and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in accordance with customer requirements and submission deadlines
• Manage customer and vendor onboarding processes, including documentation, compliance checks, and account setup
• Administer sales contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain and update customer, vendor, pricing, and sales data in Salesforce and SAP systems
• Generate sales reports, forecasts, performance dashboards, and business analysis to support management decision-making
• Monitor tender status, contract renewals, and project milestones to ensure timely follow-up and execution
• Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to facilitate order processing and customer fulfilment
• Ensure proper documentation, record management, and adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, tender administration, or a similar role
• Experience handling tender submissions and contract administration is an advantage
• Proficiency in Salesforce and SAP
