Job Summary

IB Super seeks a committed part-time tutor to teach IB Biology at Higher and Standard Levels, delivering tailored lessons that prepare students for assessments and IB examinations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and small-group IB Biology lessons to engage students effectively
• Prepare students for IB assessments and examinations by delivering targeted instruction
• Adapt lesson plans to meet diverse students’ learning needs and styles
• Provide constructive feedback and monitor students’ academic progress regularly

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or undergraduate qualification in Biology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or a related field
• Demonstrate strong Biology knowledge to deliver accurate and comprehensive lessons
• Apply effective communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
• Exhibit responsibility and patience to maintain commitment to regular weekly lessons

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience teaching IB Biology is preferred but not mandatory

Other Information

Teaching materials, training, and guidance will be provided. Competitive hourly remuneration is based on qualifications and experience.
