Project Manager (A&A / Interior Fit-out / Mandai / Tai Seng)

• Industry: Construction - A&A (Interior Fit-out)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage A&A and Interior Fit-out projects from planning to completion.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, and site progress.

• Attend site meetings and resolve technical or site-related issues.

• Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to specifications and project timeline.

• Review project drawings, monitor variation orders (VO), and prepare project reports.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction, Engineering, Interior Design, or related disciplines.

• 5 years of relevant experience in A&A, Interior Fit-out, Renovation, or Design & Build projects.

• Experience with either Main Contractors / Subcontractors is welcome.

• Good knowledge of project coordination, site management, and construction drawings.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.
