About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the growth and profitability of a portfolio of semiconductor process chemicals and electronic materials. This role combines technical knowledge with commercial strategy, working closely with customers, suppliers, sales, and global stakeholders to support new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product introductions (NPI), pricing, forecasting, and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, supply chain, quality, and global teams to support customer requirements.
• Build strong relationships with semiconductor customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer technology roadmaps to support business planning.
• Prepare product presentations, business proposals, and commercial recommendations.
• Support supplier management, product qualification, and supply assurance initiatives.
• Monitor product performance, sales, and key business KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Marketing, Business Development, or Commercial roles within the semiconductor materials or specialty chemicals industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and electronic materials.
• Experience managing semiconductor chemicals, specialty chemicals, CMP consumables, advanced materials, or related product portfolios will be highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in pricing strategy, customer engagement, business growth, and cross-functional project management.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regional environment.
