Laboratory Manager (Environmental Chemistry) up 7 K ( MNC ) #HVY

-Ensure compliance with company policies, SAC-SINGLAS requirements, quality standards, and EHS regulations.

•Support internal and external audits implementation, and continuous quality improvement.

•Review and maintain SOPs, test methods, and laboratory documentation.

•Manage daily laboratory operations to ensure timely sample processing, accurate testing, and efficient workflow.

•Supervise testing activities, equipment scheduling, housekeeping, and resource utilization.

•Review technical data and test reports prior to approval by the authorized signatory.

•Supervise all activities within assigned sections, ensuring effective resource planning, high performance, and protocol adherence.

•Train, evaluate and manage staff performance to support development and continuous improvement.

· Minimum Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, Science ore quivalent with at least 8 years related laboratory experience.

· Experienced with method-related tasks.
