Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and built environment sector.
• Promote the Company's DFMA, prefabrication, and M&E solutions to developers, consultants, architects, and main contractors to increase adoption and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and upcoming projects to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and business development plans.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support tender submissions and project pursuits.
• Achieve business growth and sales targets.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant business development or sales experience in the construction, M&E, engineering, or prefabrication industries
• Knowledge of DFMA, PPVC, MEP prefabrication, modular construction, or related technologies will be an advantage
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
