About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Service Associate (Inpatient Operations / Outpatient Operations) to support daily inpatient administrative and service functions in a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth discharge process and providing financial guidance to patients and their families.

Working Details

Working Days: 5 days work week
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or
- Staggered Office Hour
Location: West, Singapore

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $1,900 – $2,800

AWS (13th Month Bonus)

Performance Bonus Up 2-3 months

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the collection of payments for discharged inpatients
Conduct financial counselling related to inpatient stays and hospital charges
Perform inpatient discharge procedures accurately and efficiently
Arrange and confirm follow-up appointments for discharged inpatients
Provide administrative and operational support as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

Minimum GCE N Level with at least 1 year of customer service experience
Prior healthcare or hospital experience will be an advantage
