Temp Facilities Maintenance Officer

• Location: Islandwide (Sport Centre as required)
• Work Timing: 9.00am - 6.30pm (Mon - Fri)
• Salary: Up to $3,500 per month
• Duration: 11 months

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned Sport Centres are safe, well-maintained, and operational.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and upgrading works with contractors and internal teams.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and ensure facilities meet safety and operational standards.
• Assist with budget tracking, contractor payments, and maintenance documentation.
• Support facility enhancement projects and cyclical maintenance planning.
• Work with stakeholders to improve facility operations and user experience.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Possesses minimum GCE 'O' Level
• 2 years of experience in maintenance or engineering
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in facilities maintenance or a related field will be an advantage
