about the job

As an Evaluator, you will occupy a pivotal role within the department. This is a high-impact position designed for a strategic professional ready to bridge the gap between technical evaluation and commercial success.

  • Work on high-priority briefs in the assigned category and other formats.
  • Drive new wins by exploring creative ideas with the team of perfumers and enriching fragrance library.
  • Organize and conduct expert evaluation sessions, utilizing client protocols and internal benchmarks to provide olfactive insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Application, Analytical, and Technology labs to ensure technical data and innovation requirements are met.
  • Partner with the Commercial team to understand customer needs, deliver winning fragrance recommendations, and lead marketing presentations.

about the manager/team

You will report directly to the Category Head, working within a fast-paced and collaborative Evaluation and Development team. You will act as a key internal consultant, aligning with the Commercial group on account prioritisation while motivating others through your high energy and expertise.

skills and experience required

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Fragrance industry.
  • Bachelor degree in Science (Cosmetic, Perfumery, or Fragrance).
  • Excellent olfactive skills with in-depth knowledge of cross-category formats and market segments.
  • Ability to monitor product landscapes and perform Olfactive Mapping.
  • Strong Project Management skills and the ability to manage conflict effectively in decision-making.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and backgrounds.
