Duties:

  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Process customer transactions and update records accurately.
  • Follow up on customer cases and escalate issues when required.
  • Perform basic administrative and data entry duties.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Prior Customer service or other customer-facing experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
