stall manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Food Stall Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high food quality and service standards, supervising staff, and driving menu innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food stall.

Lead, schedule and manage frontline staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Perform opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and operational checks.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock of ingredients, beverages and supplies.

Plan procurement requirements and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

Develop new menu items and seasonal promotions based on customer preferences and market trends.

Standardise recipes and ensure consistency in food and beverage quality.

Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards in accordance with SFA regulations.

Train and mentor staff on operational procedures, customer service and food preparation.

Resolve customer feedback and operational issues promptly and professionally.

Monitor sales performance and recommend operational improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.

Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance requirements.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations or supervisory roles.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience in inventory management and staff scheduling.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Creative mindset with an interest in menu development and seasonal product planning.

Familiarity with Singapore food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.

Working Hours

6-day work week.

Shift work, including weekends and public holidays, where required.
