Senior Software Analyst - East (Agency Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI, analytics, and reporting use cases.
• Translate business needs into data, reporting, and model requirements.
• Support end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, including requirement gathering, testing, implementation, and rollout.
• Define and track success metrics for analytics solutions.
• Support predictive analytics initiatives such as trend analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Work closely with data teams on data sourcing, transformations, and validation.
• Develop and enhance MIS reports, dashboards, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, UAT, and validation of analytics outputs.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, audit, and control requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage vendor coordination, and track project risks and dependencies.

Required Experience

• Degree Holder with Minimum 10 years in IT with experience as a Software Analyst.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Banking with data analytics, predictive analytics, MIS projects.
• Exposure to data warehouse or large-scale data platform implementations.
• Strong experience in UAT, data validation, and quality assurance for data-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Alteryx/workflow tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying.
