High Performance Manager

TheArchery Association of Singapore is seeking a dedicated High-PerformanceManager to oversee athlete development programs while ensuring effectivesupport for the Association’s wider administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and implement theHigh-Performance Plan in alignment with national sporting objectives.

2. Oversee athlete training,development, selection, welfare, and compliance requirements.

3. Coordinate and support localand overseas competitions, training camps, and related events.

4. Handle secretariat andadministrative duties including and not limiting to reporting, recordmanagement, budget tracking, procurement & payment, and etc.

5. Provide leadership and supportto national coaches, athletes, and support staff.

6. Establish clear performancetargets and monitor progress against goals.

7. Build strong partnerships withnational federations, institutes of sport, and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

1. Singaporean and based inSingapore.

2. Degree or equivalentqualification.

3. At least 2 years of experiencein a similar administrative or executive role.

4. Excellent command of writtenand spoken English. Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5. Experience in budgeting andfinancial forecasting.

6. Demonstrated leadership,initiative, and strong organisational skills

7. Ability to work independently,collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment,

8. and be available to work onevenings and weekends when required.
