Job Summary

We seek a diligent, sales-driven Retail Sales Executive to deliver excellent customer service, meet sales targets, and promote premium lifestyle and audio products in a dynamic Singapore-based retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to identify and understand their needs for lifestyle and audio products
• Recommend and demonstrate products to match customer preferences and requirements
• Follow up promptly on customer enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities to close deals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
• Maintain a professional, clean, and attractive showroom environment to enhance customer experience
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer events to drive sales and brand awareness
• Coordinate delivery schedules, installations, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

• Experience in retail sales or customer service to effectively manage customer interactions

Other Information

• Location: Singapore
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm (5.5 days work week)
• Salary: S$2,500 to S$4,000 per month
