Arts Manager
BRAHMASTRA
Brahmastra Arts House is a Singapore-based arts organisation dedicated to creating original intercultural performances, multidisciplinary productions and meaningful community engagement. Through our resident ensembles and artistic platforms, we develop concerts, educational programmes, recordings, festivals and international collaborations that connect artists and communities across cultures.
About the Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive and passionate Arts Manager to oversee the organisation’s day-to-day operations and support the delivery of our artistic programmes. Working closely with the Creative and Artistic Directors, you will coordinate productions, manage projects, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure the smooth running of Brahmastra Arts House and its resident ensembles.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
- Coordinate concerts, productions, workshops, recordings and grant-funded projects.
- Manage project timelines, rehearsals, meetings and production schedules.
- Liaise with artists, venues, technical teams, schools, community partners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate contracts, procurement, budgeting support and general administration.
- Support rehearsals and performances on-site to ensure projects are delivered professionally.
- Assist in managing the activities of Brahmastra Arts House’s resident ensembles and artistic platforms.
- Represent the organisation in meetings and stakeholder engagements where appropriate.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with artists, partners and stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Calm, resourceful and solutions-oriented.
- Passionate about the performing arts and collaborative work.
Experience in arts management, event management, production, project management or related fields is advantageous. Applicants with strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

- Employment Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week
