Working days and hours

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.

Job Description

  • Assists in clinic operations duties in the call center such as Incoming calls for First Visit / Workqueue etc.
  • Provides Clinic Operations Support for front desk
  • Maintains a proper filing system for documents and files in call center department
  • Provides admin support in data entry and preparing reports at the call center
  • Valid TDAP/Varicella/MMR vaccination
  • No exp. needed, training will be provided
