[Immediate, Gov Healthcare] 8 Months Corporate Partnership Manager (UP$6000, Central) #HCY

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Senior Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate Partnerships to support the management of strategic partnerships during an 8-month maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen collaborations, coordinate partnership initiatives, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with insurance companies and third-party administrators (TPAs) to ensure effective collaboration and partnership development.
• Coordinate contract renewals and recontracting of direct billing agreements.
• Plan and execute partnership engagement activities, including networking events, educational sessions, and site visits.
• Support pre-authorisation processes by coordinating with internal clinical and operational teams.
• Work with relevant departments to resolve partner-related patient feedback and service issues.
• Coordinate clinician empanelment activities and maintain up-to-date partner records.
• Collaborate with clinical departments to increase awareness of healthcare service offerings through presentations, marketing materials, and public engagement initiatives.
• Analyse partnership performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business planning and service improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in business development, corporate partnerships, marketing communications, account management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
