Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, reference checks, and recruitment administration.
• Manage candidate communications, security clearance processes, onboarding support, and recruitment records.
• Conduct talent sourcing and market mapping to identify suitable candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Support recruitment projects and provide sourcing insights to enhance hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, sourcing, or HR administration preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
