Key Account Manager (Semicon)

Job Summary

Frive revenuegrowth by managing strategic customer accounts, identifying new businessopportunities, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Build strong customer relationships, developaccount strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide marketinsights to support business growth.

Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Identify and secure new business and expansion opportunities.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues, coordinatingwith internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Provide sales forecasts, customer updates, and market intelligence.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify businessopportunities and mitigate risks.

Deliver pre-sales and post-sales technical/commercial support.

Advocate for customers and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.

Support additional sales initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferablyin sales, marketing, product introduction, or customer-facing roles.

Knowledge of semiconductor wafer fabrication manufacturing is preferred.

Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solvingskills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
