Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC machines including lathe, VTL, and milling machines to manufacture precision components.

• Assist in sheet metal fabrication work when required b

y production needs.

• Follow technical manuals, engineering drawings, and work instructions to perform machining operations accurately.

• Carry out Productive Maintenance to ensure machines are functioning properly.

• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.

• Prepare and set up jigs, fixtures, cutting tools, and machine accessories prior to machining activities.

• Propose and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, process efficiency, and product quality.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment around machines and work areas.

• Comply with all workplace safety rules and operational procedures during daily tasks.

• Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors when required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of machining experience in industries such as Precision Engineering, Metal Manufacturing, or Aerospace.

• Hands-on experience operating CNC machines and manual machines.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

• Able to use standard precision measuring instruments.
