General Cleaner

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning of common areas, offices, facilities, and designated work areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and maintain floors in accordance with company standards.
• Clean toilets, washrooms, pantry areas, and replenish consumables when required.
• Empty rubbish bins, collect refuse, and dispose of waste at designated collection points.
• Clean windows, glass panels, lift lobbies, staircases, corridors, and other common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of bin centres, refuse chutes, and surrounding areas.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties and spot cleaning whenever required.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, scrubber dryers, high-pressure jet washers, and other cleaning machinery where applicable.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Report defects, hazards, or maintenance issues to the Site Supervisor.
• Comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform any other cleaning duties assigned by the Supervisor or Operations Team.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Relevant cleaning experience will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to communicate in basic English or Mandarin (other languages are an advantage).
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, or shifts where required.
• Must comply with company safety procedures and grooming standards.
