IoT Solutions Engineer (HVAC)

Our client is MNC, a leading player in HVAC Manufacturing Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a IoT Solutions Engineer to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.

Duties of IoT Solutions Engineer

• Provide technical pre-sales support by translating customer requirements into suitable fan and digital system solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals that comply with Singapore's energy efficiency standards and building sustainability requirements.
• Conduct energy assessments and demonstrate energy-saving solutions through digital dashboards and ROI analysis.
• Support customers in meeting regulatory and energy audit requirements.
• Deliver virtual demonstrations, technical consultations, and regional pre-sales support across Southeast Asia.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Assist with system commissioning, customer onboarding, and training on digital platforms and optimization tools.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits, technical presentations, and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Degree / diploma in engineering related fields
• Min 3 years experience in HVAC industry.
• Experience in IoT system
