Job Scope
- Participate in selected in-service training programmes related to skills and knowledge upgrading.
- Personal Care: Assisting residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
- Monitoring Health: Observing and recording vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Notifying the nurse or doctor about any changes in the resident's condition.
- Supportive Tasks: Helping with mobility, transferring patients from bed to wheelchair, and providing comfort.
- Assisting with Therapy: Supporting residents during physical therapy or rehabilitation exercises.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate patient records for care plans, daily observations, and activities.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring the cleanliness of residents’ rooms, beds, and surroundings.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.
- Prior HCA or nursing experience preferred
- Able to commit min 4-5 days per week
