Scope

Analyse financial markets — TradFi and DeFi opportunities, equities, options and macro trends.
Support the design, testing, monitoring, and improvement of AI agents.
Use Python, APIs, spreadsheets, databases, and AI tools to automate research, reporting, and execution workflows.
Review AI agents' performance, AI decisions, and risk controls to find weaknesses and sharpen strategy discipline.

Requirements

Min degree in IT, preferably with knowledge in finance or economics or accounting or data analytics, or a related field.
Comfortable with technology — preferably Python — and familiar with APIs, automation tools, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
Strong interest in AI agents, trading bots, both DeFi and TradFi and systematic investing.
Analytical, detail-oriented, practical — and able to scrutinize AI agents' outputs.
Comfortable with hybrid/remote work arrangements.
