Engineering Supervisor (Grinding Department) /Up to $4,000 @Joo Koon

Supervise operations to ensure production targets, quality and delivery schedules are achieved.
Lead, guide and motivate production employees while maintaining discipline and productivity.
Monitor machine performance & coordinate with Maintenance to minimise equipment downtime.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, quality standards and SOP.
Analyse production issues, implement corrective & continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet operational requirements.
Coordinate with depts (Production Planning, QA/Control, Assembly) to ensure smooth production flow.
Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs. Assist in training and developing staffs competencies.
Diploma holder with relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
