About the role

Build the next generation of AI-powered managed services by developing intelligent agents, copilots, and automation workflows that deliver real business outcomes. This role focuses on designing scalable AI solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and creating reusable assets that accelerate adoption across clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents, copilots, RAG-enabled solutions, and intelligent workflows.
  • Develop reusable agent components, prompts, orchestration flows, APIs, and integration accelerators.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, knowledge repositories, ticketing systems, mobile applications, and cloud services.
  • Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that enable agents to access trusted enterprise knowledge.
  • Implement guardrails, workflow controls, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, logging, and monitoring for production readiness.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, AI Quality Engineers, and AgentOps teams to scale successful prototypes into enterprise-grade managed services solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Python development.
  • Experience developing APIs and enterprise system integrations.
  • Experience with workflow automation, Generative AI, and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system design, and application development.
  • Experience working with cloud-native applications and modern development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or LangChain.

Experience building AI assistants, copilots, multi-agent systems, or intelligent automation solutions.

Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors.

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and production support practices.
