HR Specialist

Join our HR team to provide essential administrative and operational support for the successful implementation of an HR system project. Contribute to various stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for HR operations and assist team members in daily tasks.

• Administer processes related to appraisal, organizational headcount, leave, and benefits.

• Support the implementation and operational activities of the HR system project.

• Assist in HR data preparation, cleansing, validation, and migration activities.

• Facilitate system verification, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Maintain project documentation, including test scripts, issue logs, and user guides.

• Deliver first-level support during system go-live and hypercare periods.

• Assist in user training and communication activities.

• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and testing sessions.

• Track project progress, action items, and follow-up activities.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related materials.

• Support ad-hoc HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.

• Knowledge of AI and automation tools is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and documentation.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
