Responsibilities

• Spearhead employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as a preferred healthcare employer.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, policies, and processes to attract nursing, pharmacy, and allied health talent.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify workforce needs and strengthen talent pipelines.
• Explore and launch innovative recruitment initiatives to expand and diversify talent sourcing channels.
• Analyse recruitment performance metrics and present regular insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Recognised degree in any discipline.
• At least 6 years of Human Resources experience.
• Prior experience in healthcare talent acquisition is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in recruitment strategy development and talent acquisition management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in data analysis and recruitment reporting.
